Shipping policy
Each portrait is handcrafted and takes 5–10 business days to complete. Once shipped, delivery times are as follows:
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Europe & Australia: 10–18 business days
- Rest of World: 14–21 business days
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
